How is it delivered?
Firstly once you’re signed up, all you need to do is sit back and relax.
Every week you will get an email straight to your inbox. It will include access to that weeks videos, journals, activities and actions and inspiration!
Each week you will have access to about an hour’s worth of video content broken into 10-20 minute blocks, each video has a journal to guide you through how to implement every little aspect of what we go through.
Towards the end of the week is your personal accountability session in our private facebook group and with your personal accountability partner (that one is optional… we guide you through how to work out if that’s the right strategy for you).
